MSc Graduate

Tom Peek is a junior lecturer at Utrecht University, and graduate of the MSc Sustainable Development, Earth System Governance track. His MSc thesis focused on the Sustainable Development Goals, and in particular the way in which the United Nations Specialized Agencies, and Funds and Programmes are implementing the Sustainable Development goals. Through a large-scale data analysis and the use of network analysis, Tom mapped the extent of integration and coherence between the SDG targets for each IGO. Furthermore, the orchestrating effects of the SDGs were explored through creating a network landscape overview for all SDG targets that shows coherence and integration at the system-level.
