Fees & Registration

* Eligible for the reduced fee are participants affiliated to an institution in a lower-income country. The country where the participant works determines eligibility for the reduced fee for participants in a low, lower-middle, or upper-middle-income economy according to World Bank classification 2022 (i.e. eligibility is based on country of residence, not on citizenship).

For the registration tickets, all the prices are listed in Euro. Conference Full and Reduced Fees include coffee, tea & snacks throughout the conference, lunch on every conference day and dinner on Thursday. Travel and accommodation are not covered by the fee and need to be arranged by participants.

In special cases, fee waivers will be considered.
