The symposium fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions of the symposium (10-11 June 2020) in Utrecht
- Two symposium lunches
- Several refreshment breaks throughout the symposium
- One symposium dinner (10 June)

* Eligible for co-hosts fee (10% off regular) are staff members at all career levels of the co-hosting institutions of the symposium.
** Eligible for the reduced fee (20% off regular) are students (graduate/PhD) and participants from low- and middle-income countries. Students must supply by email a document, such as a student ID or letter of supervisor/university, stating that the student is currently enrolled at a college or university. Eligibility for the reduced fee for developing country participants is determined by the country of residence in a low, lower-middle, or upper-middle income economy according to World Bank classification 2016 (i.e. eligibility is based on country of residence, not on citizenship).

For authors with an accepted paper: Please complete your registration by 1 May 2020. Authors that have not registered by this deadline will be removed from the symposium programme.
