Oana Forestier is a graduate of the Utrecht University MSc Sustainable Development, Earth System Governance track. Her thesis focused on identifying trends in the prioritisation of Sustainable Development Goals by national governments, as well as on exploring the relationship between the development assistance provided by United Nations Specialised Agencies, and Funds and Programmes and prioritisation patterns. To this end, she mapped national prioritisation trends in nineteen countries, followed by an in-depth analysis of Bhutan and Viet Nam as case studies.
